India Blockchain Month 2024 Kicked Off Yesterday

India Blockchain Month (INBM) 2024, the broadest celebration of blockchain technology in India’s history, is underway!
Yesterday’s INBM Delhi conference at the Ashok Hotel marked the beginning of a month-long event spanning 15 cities across India. INBM hosts more than 50 events designed to help individuals, businesses and communities harness the transformative power of blockchain.
The INBM Delhi conference kicked off with a dynamic panel discussion on “Web3 Landscape in India – Opportunities and Challenges”. Moderated by Captain Ajay Ahlawat, COO of BlockOn Ventures, the panel heard from Ashwin Nandapurkar (EX-Fusion Inc.), Samarth Bhardwaj (Nextus Exchange), Thiruvengadam Pillai (Peerhive), Alekh Johari (Anemoi Solution) and Vedang Vatsa (Anemoi Solution ) insights. The afternoon session featured an insightful fireside chat on “Cryptocurrency Regulation and India” with Indian blockchain lawyer Varun Sethi and Avinash, CEO of Pi42, India’s leading derivatives platform. This discussion provided valuable perspective on the changing regulatory environment and its impact on the Indian cryptocurrency industry.

INBM 2024 builds on the success of India Blockchain Week events held in 2022 and 2023.
