Bitwise CIO Says BTC Could Easily Hit $500K If Trump Administration Creates Bitcoin Reserve
Bitwise CIO Matt Hougan predicted in a recent interview that if the Donald Trump administration establishes a Bitcoin strategic reserve, the price of Bitcoin will reach as high as $500,000. He stated that this development is too significant to be ignored and that governments may need to follow suit, which could lead to a supply shock for Bitcoin. Notably, Bitwise recently predicted that Bitcoin will reach $200,000 by 2025. However, there are doubts about whether a Bitcoin strategic reserve will be established, as Nic Carter and Arthur Hayes, founding partners of Castle Island Ventures, said they do not expect a BTC reserve to happen soon.
