Trump May Backtrack on Pro-Bitcoin Policies: Ki Young Ju
Recently, CryptoQuant CEO and founder Ki Young Ju noted that President-elect Donald Trump’s Bitcoin policy may depend on the global investment community’s view of the U.S. economy and the strength of the U.S. dollar. He noted that assets such as gold and Bitcoin appreciate when investors realize that U.S. economic dominance is under threat. However, confidence in the U.S. economy and the dollar’s safe-haven status remains. He pointed out that this advantage makes it unlikely that the Trump administration will adopt a Bitcoin reserve strategy and may cause the president-elect to renege on his pro-Bitcoin policies.
