Senator Lummis Urges US Action as Czech Republic Moves to Adopt Bitcoin Reserve

Senator Cynthia Lummis urged the United States to take actions in accordance with its Bitcoin reserve proposal before the Czech Republic. Lummis’s proposal has stimulated other countries to consider creating its own Bitcoin reserves, but the United States has not yet implemented the plan.
She emphasized that the United States urgently needs to establish a strategic Bitcoin reserve. “If you are not the first, it is the last. The United States must take a decisive action to establish a strategic Bitcoin reserve and ensure the location in the 21st century.” She shared in the X post.
Inspired by Donald Trump’s encryption policy, countries such as Czech Republic are adopting Bitcoin. At the same time, Arizona and Utah have recently passed the Bitcoin Act, which has promoted the progressive financial policy.
It is worth noting that Senator Luxis announced a comment after he announced his plan to hold billions of dollars in Bitcoin reserves. On Wednesday, Governor Ales Michl revealed that the country intends to propose a Bitcoin acquisition bill. If the bill is passed, the bill will make the Czech Republic the first country to have BTC reserves.
