Tether Invests in Zengo Wallet to Enhance Stablecoin Support
Tether has invested in Zengo Wallet, a self-customized cryptocurrency wallet focusing on multi-party computing (MPC) technology as its USDT Stablecoin faces regulatory challenges in the EU. The investment will enable Zengo Wallet to support Tether’s Stablecoins in major blockchains including Bitcoin, Ethereum and Tons of Coins. Zengo Wallet offers built-in payment tools, cross-chain swaps and 24/7 customer support. Tether’s investment will support Zengo Pro, an advanced feature that provides theft protection and traditional transfer services. Zengo CEO Ouriel Ohayon said the investment will be key to future development.
