Elon Musk’s DOGE Launches SEC Probe as Ripple Lawsuit Nears End

In the latest development, Elon Musk’s Governor has announced fraud, abuse and wasteful audits of the SEC. The cryptocurrency community is watching this development closely, especially as the SEC’s lawsuit against Ripple is about to come to a conclusion.
The DOGE_SEC account has urged the public to share information about SEC actions. “The Governor is seeking help from the public! Please DM in insights on finding and addressing waste, fraud and abuse.” Account posted.
The move sparked a heated debate among legal and financial experts. Coinbase’s chief legal officer Paul Grewal proposed a rule that would allow the SEC to cover the legal fees for defendants who won the lawsuit challenge. Other voices in the cryptocurrency community have also raised concerns about the SEC’s actions, especially its ongoing lawsuit with Ripple.
Additionally, Ripple’s Clo, Stuart Alderoty, conducted an ongoing review of the SEC, saying, “I have a receipt,” which suggests that the key documents related to the case will be available soon.
However, whether this can quickly end the Ripple case and the SEC case remains to be seen.
