Former SEC Chair Gary Gensler Returns to MIT After Leading the SEC
Former SEC Chairman Gary Gensler has returned to MIT, where he taught and engaged in fintech and digital currency projects there. Before joining the SEC, he was the professor of MIT, the common leader Fintech@csail, and provided suggestions for the digital currency plan of Mit Media Lab. He also won the Sloon Outstanding Teacher Award at Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2018-19. Gensler shared the excitement of his AI, Finance and Technology experts with MIT again. After many years of encryption industry, he returned to the academic community and caused people to contribute to how he would contribute to financial and technological innovation.
