Mastercard Rolls Out Crypto Solutions In UAE And Kazakhstan
Mastercard has launched a cryptographic credential solution for people in the UAE and Kazakhstan in the EEMEA region, allowing users to send and receive cryptocurrencies using simple aliases instead of complex blockchain addresses. Built in partnership with exchanges such as ATAIX Eurasia, Intebix and CoinMENA, the solution enhances transaction security, minimizes errors and ensures asset compatibility. Mastercard EEMEA Core Payments Executive Vice President stressed that the move is part of their efforts to make cryptocurrencies more accessible, secure and trustworthy. With this move, Mastercard doubles down on its commitment to changing the way people interact with digital assets.
